On this episode, a state police officer is responding to a request for assistance from tribal police. A husband and wife were having a roadside dispute and drove away from the tribal officer out of his jurisdiction. When the state police arrive they are both in handcuffs. This is where the state officer takes over. The driver states that he is a detention officer. Prior to him arriving he told the other officer "this isn't legal" due to his job title.
