@Cops&Cons obtained body worn camera footage of an incident that had Rio Rancho Police called to a residence for a burglary in progress. When they arrived they found, David Morales, of Rio Rancho, NM in the house. Morales owns the house but was served with a trespassing order a few week prior. Morales asserted he had the right to be in the home. He was charged with violating the trespass order and burglary. His court case is pending.
