Today’s case follows a woman in Atlanta who gets pulled over after driving on the wrong side of the road, but the stop quickly turns into a DUI investigation after officers notice signs of impairment and the smell of alcohol. As officers follow standard Georgia DUI procedures, she becomes increasingly argumentative, refuses testing, and eventually gets arrested. She was ultimately charged with DUI, driving on the wrong side of the roadway, and disorderly conduct.
