In this video, we break down an intense encounter that occurred at a commercial building. Law enforcement was dispatched after receiving emergency calls about a man threatening staff members with a weapon. When officers arrived, they located the suspect sitting on the floor and immediately detained him. The on-scene investigation revealed that an employee had discovered the intruder wandering the top floor of the building. When confronted and asked why he was there, the trespasser waved a knife at the employee. Remarkably, the brave worker managed to defend himself and successfully disarmed the intruder of two knives before law enforcement took over. Upon searching the suspect, police discovered four lock picks. The individual was taken to police headquarters where authorities uncovered an outstanding warrant for prior trespassing and burglary tool charges. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. An arrest is not a finding of guilt: that’s something for a court to decide.
