On the morning of Friday, July 5, 2024, at approximately 11 AM, officers were concluding a call when they were approached by several beachgoers who expressed concerns about intoxicated individuals causing disturbance on the beach. The police attempted to address an open container issue with one man, but he refused to cooperate. Instead, he attempted to conceal his drink and then brazenly threw it in front of the officer. He was charged with resisting arrest and has pled not guilty. #bodycam #police #cops #bwc #policebodycamera #copcam #copcar #arrest #arrested The individuals featured in these videos are to be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
