Patrolman Michael Poon initiated a traffic stop on a 2015 Toyota Camry observed traveling 85 MPH in a 55 MPH zone on Route 15 North, leading Patrolwoman Arlene Lippencott to intercept the vehicle. Upon contact, officers detected an alcoholic odor from the 31-year-old driver, who subsequently admitted to consuming two glasses of wine and revealed she was pregnant, prompting a comprehensive DUI investigation.
