This is an older video which details the Arkansas State Police Officer Of Professional Standards Investigation A18-022 which resulted in the 2 day suspension of Trooper First Class Terry Sawyer (K-30) In the video I have put screenshots of the pursuit policies violated along with how K-30 violated them. The screenshots of the memorandums between supervisors and the official case overview by Sgt Tiffany Dycus are shown after the dash camera footage. Do you think the suspension was justified?
