Officers Frank Losurdo and Ronald Kibitlewski also responded. Elias was charged with aggravated assault on a police officer, providing a false government-issued identification card, and possessing a false government-issued identification card. Both were processed and released with a summons. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
