On February 20, 2023. An Officer from the Mcfarland Police Department saw a vehicle that was traveling in the middle of the roadway and then blew a stop sign. After catching up to the vehicle, the officer told the man to get back into his vehicle. The driver did not listen to the officers commands and was tackled. The suspect was charged with “OWI (3rd), resisting/ obstructing an officer, and refusal to take tests for intoxication after arrest.
