On December 14th, 2023, officers in Ohio responded to a disturbance at a local store, where staff reported a visibly intoxicated woman arguing and making threats after being denied alcohol. The suspect, identified only as a female, reportedly made a threatening comment towards staff when informed that police had been called. Officers arrived at the scene and observed the suspect attempting to access her vehicle with signs of heavy intoxication, including slurred speech and unstable movement. Law enforcement intervened to prevent the suspect from driving, noticing her aggressive and non-cooperative behavior. During the arrest, she resisted physically and continued to make threatening remarks towards the officers. The situation required additional law enforcement support to safely detain the suspect, who was then informed of her rights but chose not to cooperate further. Surveillance footage from the store and additional statements from staff corroborated the sequence of events, leading to a clear understanding of the suspect’s actions before police arrival. The suspect was charged with Operating a Vehicle Impaired (OVI), OVI Refusal, and Disorderly Intoxication. #police #bodycam #cops ~~~ ** Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only.
