On February 10, 2023, officers in Joliet, Illinois, stopped a vehicle after reportedly observing it driving the wrong way. During the traffic stop, a female passenger allegedly became hostile, interfered with officers, and escalated the encounter into a physical confrontation. She was reportedly charged with aggravated battery on a police officer and resisting arrest; the charges are allegations, not proof of guilt.
