Brunswick, Ohio -- A man was given two citations after a traffic stop for a missing license plate. During the traffic stop, the man became irate and was refusing to follow orders. He was detained and was issued two citations. He was released at the scene. The man, later identified as Michael Block, was charged with the following: - Obstructing official business - Display of plates He was found guilty of display of plates and his obstructing charge was amended down to disorderly conduct.
