#biergarten On March 20, 2023, a woman was returning from the Asbury Festhalle & Biergarten when she was pulled over in Deal, New Jersey. Due to her reckless driving and the smell of alcohol, she was asked to step out of her truck and submit to field sobriety exercises. After losing her balance several times, she resigned to the fact that she was going to be arrested. She was processed, issued multiple traffic summonses, and released to a sober adult. The Deal Police Department did not disclose the results of her evidentiary breath test. All suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
