On June 26th, 2022, officers responded to a disturbance at an airport where a woman, visibly intoxicated, was causing a scene and shouting racial slurs at passengers. She refused to comply with the officers' instructions, claiming her rights as a white American, and resisted arrest by physically kicking an officer. Despite repeated attempts by the officers to calm her, the woman continued to argue and make racial remarks, insisting that she was being mistreated for her race. She was ultimately restrained, and after being assessed by medics, she was charged with public intoxication, battery upon a peace officer, and resisting arrest.
