This Ohio OVI suspect is extremely drunk—and acting STRANGE. From the moment officers begin dealing with him, his behavior gets more bizarre by the minute. He's clearly impaired, but there's something about the way he's acting that has us wondering whether alcohol is the whole story. What do YOU think was going on with this guy? Watch the entire encounter and let me know in the comments what you think he may have been on. And remember... whose fault is that?
