Is it worth a felony over a single dollar? In today's episode of Bodycam Pulse, we break down a chaotic encounter at a Midwest gas station that started over a $1.00 price difference on a pizza. What should have been a simple civil dispute quickly turned into a life-changing legal nightmare for three sisters: Nikita, Kiana, and Diamond. When the sisters refused a lawful order to leave the premises (Trespassing), things turned violent. Watch as the situation escalates from a heated argument to a physical struggle with officers, resulting in multiple felony charges for aggravated battery to a law enforcement officer., The Final Charges: Nikita: Felony Aggravated Battery, Obstructing, Resisting, & Criminal Damage. Kiana: Felony Aggravated Battery, Obstructing, & Resisting. Diamond: Felony Aggravated Battery, Obstructing, & Resisting. Key Lesson: A $1 refund is a civil matter; pushing a police officer is a criminal one. Know your rights, but also know the consequences of escalation. ⚖️ DISCLAIMER: This video is for educational and documentary purposes only.
