This routine traffic stop in Flagler County takes a crazy turn when deputies pull a Dodge Charger over for speeding and smell marijuana coming from the car. The passenger, Shaquan Moore, gets out but immediately starts resisting arrest and repeatedly reaching for his waistband. After a massive physical struggle, backup deputies are forced to use a Taser multiple times just to get him into handcuffs. When officers finally search him, they find out exactly what he was reaching for: a loaded 9mm handgun tucked into his pants. It turns out Moore wasn't just being a difficult passenger—he was actually a fugitive on the run with an active warrant for murder in Georgia!
