on July 9, 2023, at Rivers Casino officers followed a report that a female suspect threw a drink at another patron. The responding officers are met with immediate resistance from the woman, who claims she was the one who was attacked. As they attempt to investigate, she refuses to cooperate, accuses them of "invading" her privacy, and repeatedly demands to see video proof of the allegation. The situation quickly escalates as the woman, who identifies as trans, accuses the officers of "framing" her, calls 911 to complain about them, and becomes increasingly agitated. Her continued non-compliance and aggressive behavior ultimately lead to her arrest, and the video concludes by noting she was found guilty of two counts of aggravated battery to an officer and sentenced to 2-year probation.
