Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio -- An officer with the CFPD stopped a vehicle, and the man provided the officer false/invalid information about his identity. Eventually police found out who he was. The man, later identified as Thomas Blanton, was charged with the following: - Obstructing Official Business (merged and dismissed) - Drug Paraphernalia (guilty) - Possession of Drugs (merged and dismissed) - Drug Paraphernalia (merged and dismissed) - Driving Under suspension (guilty) - Stop lights (merged and dismissed) - False information to avoid citation (guilty) He was given a fine, sentenced to two days jail, given two days for credit. ⚠️ Footage from this video was obtained via the Ohio Public Records Act (R.C. 149.43) All suspects featured on the channel are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law ⚠️
