Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: Around 8:30 PM on December 11, 2025, Patrolman Steven Ferlisi of the Colts Neck Police went to Route 34. He was looking for a car driving erratically. He found a green 2011 Honda CR-V stopped on the shoulder near Pegasus Drive. When he walked up, he saw the driver asleep. Her foot was still on the brake, and the car was in drive. The driver was Erin Cutillo. She told the officer she was going home. He smelled alcohol, but she said she had not been drinking. Ferlisi suspected she was impaired and called Patrolman Alexander Kapp for help. Once Kapp arrived and checked her ID, Erin stepped out to do sobriety tests. During this, she kept mentioning Patrolman Matt Menosky from the Holmdel Police. Ferlisi began with the HGN eye test. Erin showed a lack of smooth pursuit and had nystagmus at maximum deviation and before 45 degrees. Next was the Walk and Turn test. She missed the heel-to-toe steps and failed to turn after nine steps. Finally, she tried the One Leg Stand. She did not lift her foot right and put it down too early. Police arrested Erin for driving under the influence. This was based on the erratic driving report, the smell of alcohol, and her failed tests. They handcuffed her and put her in a patrol car. Her Honda was towed for a 12-hour hold under John's Law. Erin went to the Colts Neck Police Department. Officers read her the standard statement, and she agreed to a breath test. One attempt showed a 0.192 percent EC and 0.203 percent IR result. This was more than double the legal limit of 0.08 percent. Since she did not provide two good samples, she was also charged with a refusal. After processing, Mindy Musillo signed a liability form and took Erin home.
