On December 29th, 2024, officers responded to a report of inappropriate conduct involving a massage therapist. What started as a routine massage quickly turned into a disturbing allegation when a client claimed the session crossed professional boundaries. Initially, the situation seemed unclear. The client described uncomfortable contact that escalated into something far more serious. Despite the unusual nature of the claim—and even some confusion in the early statements—officers took the report seriously and began gathering evidence. As the investigation unfolded, the therapist denied all wrongdoing, insisting the massage was completely professional. However, detectives pursued DNA evidence to determine the truth. When the results came back, everything changed. With probable cause established, officers confronted the therapist—who had maintained his innocence throughout—and placed him under arrest. He was ultimately charged with battery.
