On March 2, 2025, a deputy with the Ramsey County Sheriff's Office stopped the 22-year-old driver of a vehicle for allegedly speeding. The woman also admitted to consuming alcohol earlier in the evening. She was asked to step out of the vehicle in order to perform standardized field sobriety tests, which included a portable breath test. The result was 0.142% BAC. The woman was placed under arrest and was charged with Driving Under the Influence - 0.08% BAC or greater - 1st offense.
