Another Video from Basile's Pizza: https://youtu.be/ByJUGqzY1uY On August 30, 2024, Hoboken Police were called to Basile's Pizza after the owner reported a disorderly customer who was refusing to leave. The police report indicates that the woman skipped the line and was harassing customers and employees. Officers arrived and asked the woman to leave, but she became obnoxious and started yelling profanities at the officers. While being placed under arrest for disorderly conduct, the woman began resisting. As she was led away in handcuffs, customers started cheering and taunting the woman. She then placed the victim, claiming she had a medical condition, and did nothing wrong. She was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Online court records indicate she failed to appear for a court date and there is an active warrant for her arrest. All suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
