Williams Sr. (Male) Offender: Jessica M. Booth (Female) Incident Details At approximately 10:42 AM, police received a telephone call reporting a verbal altercation between a man and a woman. The caller stated that both individuals were shouting at each other but confirmed it was only a verbal dispute. One person was standing behind a gate, while the other was on the front lawn. The caller mentioned the male did not live at the residence and was unsure if the woman was still present. The male was described as shirtless, wearing black-and-white shorts, with long, braid-like hair. The caller refused to provide their name. Police Action Taken Officers Comey, B and McCue, R responded to the scene. The female suspect, Jessica M. Booth, was arrested and transported to police headquarters. During processing, it was discovered that she had an active warrant (Offense Code: 3-17.4) with a bail amount of $500. She was formally charged with Criminal Trespass – Defiant. After processing, she was transported back to 25 OCEANVIEW AVE and released.
