Ohio State Highway Patrol February 4, 2025 --- Trooper Vanwinkle from the State Patrol was driving down I-75 when he noticed a car passed him. He turned on his radar and clocked the driver going 81 mph, in a 70 mph zone. He then initiated a traffic stop where the driver became verbally combative. The driver then called 911. The trooper remained calm and did not arrest the driver for this. He was charged later on in the week. The driver was identified as 32 year old Parrish Lamont-Antonio Suiter from Michigan. --- At the initial traffic stop, he was only given a citation for his speed. - ORC 4511.21(D)(4) - MM - Speed 70 Zone Later on he was added charges for his conduct on this traffic stop.. - ORC 2921.31(A) - M2 - Obstructing Official Business - ORC 128.96G/128.99B - M4 - Improper use of 911 He originally did not show up or pay the fine and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
