A Palm Coast mom called cops over her ex-husband's girlfriend staying at her mother's house. She wanted the guest removed, but the deputy explained that he could not simply make her leave. Hours later, the same deputy returned to the address. Nicole said her mother had asked her to come over, while the others involved described a confrontation after she pulled into the driveway. The bodycam follows Flagler County deputies as they compare statements and explain why Florida's residency rules matter. The argument involves an ex-husband, his girlfriend and a house several people considered home. The question started with whether the girlfriend could stay. Deputies then had to weigh what happened in the driveway against what Nicole had already been told on the phone.
