#CrimeCamNow On December 2, 2025, at around 8:00 p.m., Clark County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a residential burglary and vehicle theft in Northeast Vancouver, Washington. Thieves entered an open garage, discovered the owner had left the keys inside the vehicle, and stole the car with a firearm in it, and drove off. The owners, a middle-aged couple, heard an engine start, but by the time they realized what was happening, the vehicle was already gone. They quickly called 911 and reported the theft. A short time later, deputies learned the stolen vehicle was parked at a local Starbucks. With a firearm involved and the risk of flight high, deputies requested units equipped with a Grappler pursuit immobilization system. When deputies moved in, the suspect accelerated, dodged patrol vehicles, and sped out of the parking lot. A pursuit began, during which stop sticks were deployed.
