The Norton Police responded to an incident at a store where a man had exposed himself after being denied alcohol. The refusal occurred because the man was accompanied by his underage younger brother. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the caller, who reported that the man had exposed his backside in frustration over not being able to purchase alcohol. The officers quickly located the two individuals involved. After speaking with them and hearing their account of the events, the officers charged Mr. Archer with Public Indecency. ⚠️Note: Footage from this video was obtained via the Ohio Public Records Act (R.C. 149.43) All persons featured on the channel are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
