A Jacksonville, Florida, police officer initiated a traffic stop for a headlight violation and lack of a seatbelt, which quickly escalated when the driver requested a supervisor and locked his doors. This video examines both the viral cell phone footage showing officers punching the driver and the subsequent body camera footage released by the police chief, who defended the use of force as lawful despite its "ugly" appearance. Dr. Judge analyzes the department's failure to investigate the incident until it went viral and questions the legitimacy of the stop, especially since responding officers also lacked active headlights. #RidingsLawGroup #NashvilleCriminalLawyer #CriminalDefenseLawyer #DrJudge #NashvilleCriminalAttorney Disclaimer: The information provided on this channel is for informational and entertainment purposes only and is not intended to be legal advice.
