On June 30, 2024, Roswell police sergeant Rodriquez stopped a Chevy Surburban for running a red light. When Officer Willis arrived, he observed open containers of alcohol in the back of the vehicle. The 33-year-old woman denied consuming alcohol and even went so far as to say she suffered from cirrhosis of the liver. After performing standardized field sobriety tests, she was arrested for DUI. The police report claims her blood alcohol concentration was 0.14%. She was charged with DUI, running a stop sign, and no proof of insurance. Her case is still open and all suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
