A police chase in Youngstown, Ohio ended very poorly for several drivers after a man sped off from officers and caused a multi-vehicle crash. The suspect, Raymond Ortiz, apologized to cops and the other people involved in the wreck before he was sent to the hospital. Ortiz was charged with fleeing and eluding, drug possession, and driving with a suspended license.
