After officers assisted McKayla in getting off the ground and escorted her into one of the police vehicles, Keyana began kicking the squad window multiple times. McKayla and Keyana were both taken to the Eau Claire County Jail, where they completed the arrest card and Probable Cause affidavit. McKayla was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Threats to Law Enforcement, and Resisting/Obstructing. McKayla later told officers that she did not say she was going to slap Sargent Lambeseder, and stated he was talking about Keyana's baby daddy when she said: " This n acting like I won't slap the shit out of him." McKayla and her belongings were transferred over to the jail staff without incident.
