He flicked on his lights for a stop. The car veered into the left lane, then cut back to the center, and finally halted in the right lane south of Mapleton Road. Bowen approached the driver, a 23-year-old named Olivia Dominguez. She handed over a suspended license but couldn't show registration or insurance. As they talked, he smelled alcohol and saw signs of trouble. Olivia said she was driving from North Bergen to her boyfriend's place near Atlantic City. She confessed to drinking earlier that night. Suspecting she was impaired, he called her out of the car for sobriety tests once Corporal Atkinson and Patrolman O’Brien pulled up to help. Bowen began with the eye test, Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus. He noted four out of six clues of impairment. Next came the Walk and Turn. Olivia missed heel-to-toe touches, took the wrong number of steps, and swung her arms. For the One Leg Stand, she couldn't lift her foot right and wobbled badly. Her wild driving, the booze smell, her own words about drinking, and the failed tests led to her arrest for DUI. Once cuffed and in the patrol car, her Toyota got towed for a 12-hour hold under John’s Law. Bowen drove her to the Plainsboro station for booking. There, they read her the standard statement for drivers. She agreed to a breath test. The Alcotest showed 0.170% blood alcohol—twice the 0.08% limit. After that, her boyfriend picked her up after signing the liability warning. She waited for court from there. Cops gave her these tickets: Driving under the influence Reckless driving Careless driving Failure to keep right Traffic on marked lanes Traffic on marked lanes, nearest right No driver registration No insurance card Driving while suspended No inspection Broke inspection rules No liability insurance Blocked windshield view Records show Olivia got another ticket on August 17, 2025, for driving with suspended registration in Wall Township, New Jersey. That same car racked up dozens of parking fines in North Bergen and Hoboken before. She also has an unpaid fine from May 29, 2022, in Seaside Heights for peeing in public under Ordinance 154-2A. 2:17 Okay…where were you were you there anywhere good there? 21:50 I don't want anybody to know about this.
