A woman is found behind the wheel of her running car in a parking lot late at night, an open beer can beside her that she says isn't hers. Officers note glassy eyes, dilated pupils, and slurred speech, and call for a second unit to run field sobriety tests. What follows is one of the more talkative DUI stops caught on camera -- including a breath-test exchange where she can't quite work out what she's being asked, and nearly agrees to blow before changing her mind. She's placed under arrest for DUI and refusing the breath test. But the story doesn't end the way you'd expect. No narration -- just the footage and the facts on screen. You be the judge.
