Officers stopped the listed vehicle for running the stop sign at Chittenden/ Delos St. As officers were walking up to the car, there was an open container of beer in the cup holder which was readily accessible to the driver. The driver was asked multiple times for his identification and continued to ignore officers' requests. He was removed from the vehicle and arrested for opening the container and obstructing it. Once at Summit County Jail, the male was identified himself.
