On June 3, 2023, Prairie Grove Police Officer Millwood observed a vehicle traveling 65 miles per hour (MPH) in a 55-MPH zone. As he was trying to catch up to the vehicle, he also noticed the vehicle cross over the center line. He initiated a traffic stop and the 28-year-old driver admitted to consuming a small amount of liquor. She was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for her 2nd DUI. At the Washington County Jail, she submitted to an evidential breath test and the result was 0.18% BAC.
