Solon, Ohio -- An officer with the SPD was out on patrol when a snowplow traveling in the opposite direction was driving erratically. An Officer pulled the man over and determined he was under the influence of alcohol. He was taken to the Solon Jail where he blew a .251 BAC, the legal limit in Ohio is .08 BAC.
