Multiple 911 calls reported a reckless driver on I-95 southbound in Flagler County. When deputies arrived, they found a man stopped on the left shoulder — wearing only boxers and a shirt. His pants were on the ground nearby. He had urinated in them before police arrived, removed them, then was asked to put them back on. Two Grape Hard Seltzer cans were found by the guardrail. He told deputies he had two drinks at 2 PM and had no idea where the cans came from. Field sobriety tests were never attempted — he was too impaired to safely perform them. He blew .260 on his first breath test. He is a licensed pilot.
