On August 6, 2023, in Baraboo, Wisconsin, officers responded to a call that stated several individuals had jumped a fence and entered a closed pool area. It was noted that the responding officer recognized the female from prior police contacts. One of the responding officers noticed the individuals climbing back over the fence they had jumped over to get in the pool. One of the individuals, named Tahnee, denied ever being in the pool despite being wet and in a swimsuit. She was uncooperative and eventually placed in hand cuffs for her dishonesty and disorderly conduct. The other suspect was honest with police and simply told them he had made a dumb mistake. Police were understanding and told him to not do it again. Tahnee was continuously yelling in the squad car and eventually asked for a medic due to a "severe" cut on her rear end. She was eventually checked out by EMS and taken to the hospital where she was medically cleared before being taken to the county jail. She was charged with disorderly conduct and bail jumping.
