On 02/02/2025 at approximately 0258 hours while on Willow St. approaching Pershing Blvd, I observed a black Ford Mustang recklessly traveling westbound on Pershing Blvd at a high rate of speed. As the Mustang passed my location it failed to stop or yield to the red light for their direction of travel. I turned from Willow St. onto Pershing Blvd traveling westbound and notified NLRPD Dispatch that I was attempting to catch up to the vehicle. I observed the vehicle turn northbound onto Percy Machin at which time I activated my emergency lights and sirens. Officer Gates joined the pursuit at this time as the second unit and began to call the pursuit, see Officer Gates supplement for further. Sergeant Louden began to monitor the pursuit via radio traffic. I pursued, with speeds exceeding 100 mph, as the vehicle turned eastbound onto I-40 and then northbound onto 67/167 where I lost sight of the vehicle as it took the curve. As I cleared the curve, Officer Kulesa announced over the radio he had located the vehicle as it turned onto McCain, see Officer Kulesa's supplement for additional. While attempting to catch back up to the pursuit I heard Officer Kulesa announce over the radio that the vehicle pulled into the One Stop at 4800 Macarthur where two subjects fled on foot westbound into the wooded area. Officer Kulesa was able to apprehend the passenger but announced the driver was still in the area. I arrived in the area and held the perimeter at the railroad tracks on Parkway under the McArthur overpass while Officer Looper deployed his K-9 for a track which led to the apprehension of the driver. The driver, identified as Ontario Brown, was transported to PCRDF by Officer Gates where he was charged accordingly. The passenger, identified as Dominique Clark, was issued Criminal Citation 2025010311 for misdemeanor fleeing and released from police custody. Unit 1906 MVR and body mic were active during this incident Follow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/lrhn_caash/ 😎 follow me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61564018231627 😎 Follow me on Rumble https://rumble.com/v70katu-female-gets-ejected-from-car-after-boyfriend-refuse-to-pull-over-for-arkans.html 😈 follow me on twitter https://x.com/LRHN_Cash ✨😎 follow me on tiktok https://www.tiktok.com/@lrhncaash?_t=8fvtVaP3a9u&_r=1 😎✨ Follow me on twitch https://www.twitch.tv/lrhn_cash 🥶 Follow me on Snapchat https://snapchat.com/t/SbtgTt7z 😎 #policechase #lrhncash #LRHN #policechase #police #cops #cars #lawenforcement #law
