#dui #police #arrest On October 31, 2021, around 4:45 A.M., while an officer was on patrol, they observed a car stopped in front of them at a red traffic light. When the traffic light turned green, the car proceeded through the intersection and turned left, entering the middle lane. The officer observed the vehicle continuously gaining speed. They looked at the calibrated speedometer of their patrol vehicle, which displayed 93 miles per hour. The officer conducted a traffic stop. Upon walking up to the vehicle, they saw a female, who was sitting in the passenger seat, move to the driver's seat. The officer observed the driver sitting on the center console in an attempt to move to the rear seat. While speaking with the passenger, the officer noticed she had bloodshot, watery eyes, and her speech was slurred. Eventually, she was arrested and charged with DUI.
