On July 27, 2024, Palm Beach Gardens police responded to a restaurant following reports of a disturbance. Although the male had left just before the officers arrived, he was spotted walking across the street to the BP station, prompting concerns about potential issues with this individual. Police proceeded to the BP station and while parked in the lot, a store patron approached them, informing them that the same male was causing a disturbance inside the store. This individual matched the description from the earlier restaurant incident. The clerk was in the process of calling 911 as the man was engaged in arguments with other patrons, being loud, and creating a disturbance in the store. The employee requested that the man be trespassed from the property. Despite multiple orders to leave, the man hesitated, only to resume disruptive behavior. Following further instructions to vacate the premises, the man paused once more to discuss his friend in Boston, leading to his arrest for trespassing. After being warned, he was transported to Palm Beach County Jail for booking. The individuals featured in these videos are to be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
