On May 16, 2025, ten inmates escaped from the Orleans Parish Prison in New Orleans by removing a toilet and crawling through a hole in the wall. Among them was Antoine Massey, 33, who was being held on charges including domestic abuse involving strangulation, vehicle theft, and was wanted for kidnapping and rape. As of June 5, 2025, only two escapees remain at large: Massey and Derrick Groves, a convicted double murderer . In a now-deleted Instagram video, a man identifying himself as Massey claimed he was “let out” of jail rather than escaping. He denied threatening a maintenance worker, Sterling Williams, who is accused of aiding the escape, and asserted his innocence regarding the charges against him. Massey appealed for help from public figures, including Donald Trump, Meek Mill, and Lil Wayne, citing corruption within the justice system . Authorities traced the video’s origin to a home in New Orleans, where they found clothing linked to Massey, but he was not present during the search . Family members, including his mother and grandfather, have publicly pleaded for Massey to surrender, emphasizing the impact on his children and the family’s desire for a peaceful resolution . Speculation has arisen regarding Pastor Robert Brown, who has been vocal in urging Massey to turn himself in. Some suggest he may be motivated by the $50,000 reward offered for information leading to Massey’s capture . The escape has prompted a broader investigation into potential internal misconduct at the jail, with several individuals, including jail staff and acquaintances of the escapees, arrested for allegedly assisting in the breakout . #AntoineMassey #NewOrleansJailbreak #OrleansParishEscape #JusticeForMassey #TurnYourselfIn #PastorBrown #Manhunt2025 #InmateEscape #FamilyPlea #RewardMoney #CorruptionAllegations #BreakingNews #ViralVideo #SocialMediaAppeal #CriminalJustice #AntoineMassey #NewOrleansEscape #Manhunt2025 #TurnYourselfIn #Jailbreak #WantedFugitive #OrleansParishJail #InmateEscape #BreakingNews2025 #TrueCrimeStory #JusticeSystem #FamilyPlea #PastorBrown #50KReward #ViralVideo #TrueCrimeCommunity #CrimeAlert #FugitiveHunt #LiveVideoGoneWrong #CriminalJusticeNews #OnTheRun
