After failing multiple sobriety tests, including the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus, walk-and-turn, and one-leg stand tests, she was arrested for driving under the influence. At the station, a breathalyzer confirmed her blood alcohol content was over the legal limit. She later faced charges in court for speeding, driving while intoxicated, and other violations.
