On April 14, 2024, Marion County deputies responded after a woman allegedly fled a Summerfield Walmart in a golf cart following an attempt to leave with $70.90 in unpaid merchandise. Deputies traced the cart into the Stonecrest community and found the group sitting at the community pool. Officers returned Natalie to the Walmart so the store could complete its paperwork.
