Bodycam footage, police respond after a 4-year-old girl is found wandering a parking lot alone at 5 AM in Florida. A witness on his way to work spots the child with no parent or guardian in sight and calls 911. He tells dispatch he's been waiting nearly 30 minutes and still no adult has shown up. Officers arrive to figure out how a toddler managed to leave home, cross streets, and wander through a parking lot before anyone even noticed she was gone. What they uncover leads to the parents being arrested on child neglect charges. DCF took custody of the child. Both parents were later placed on 48 months probation with 60 hours of community service.
