brakes stuck, checks on the passenger, and tries to explain what happened — but officers soon discover bigger issues: no registration, no insurance, and a suspended license. The stop escalates into an arrest, and officers explain the case as criminal mischief/property damage with significant repair costs (reported over $15,000). Family is later informed of the charges and what happens next in court, including possible restitution. ⚠️ Disclaimer: Edited for privacy & safety. Faces blurred where needed and profanity muted.
