A night out in downtown Little Rock’s River Market quickly spirals out of control when an allegedly intoxicated man attempts to fight someone inside a restaurant shortly after dinner. Outside, the man’s own father holds him down while officers work to bring the situation under control. But when the man grabs onto an officer’s leg and refuses to let go, police must act quickly to release his grip and safely restrain him. Watch the body-camera footage and decide: Did the officers handle this situation appropriately? All individuals are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
