Remember, he has two other charges that will be taken care of after the jury leave the court. It’s been a year since we first were introduced to Mr. Martin. And since he refused to answer to Judge Washington’s call for that jury trial (where he now has a $25k warrant for FTA at jury trial), his charges in 23rd District Court also have been ongoing.
