Several species of clams are subject to a minimum size limit of 1-1/2 inches. However, it’s worth noting that Washington state recently implemented an emergency change for some species. Washington regulations book: https://www.eregulations.com/washington/fishing/ Clam regulations: https://wdfw.wa.gov/places-to-go/shellfish-beaches In the end, the harvester received an infraction for the shellfish violation. Despite a final corrected count of 194, he received a warning for the criminal charge of being over the limit in the 1st degree. He also received another warning for not having his fishing license on his person. If you like this video and want to see more like it, Subscribe to Arrest Cam.
